We're stoked to serve our espresso blend in our mobile shop and now also offer it for sale online and to wholesale partners! The base for this blend is a washed processed coffee from Nicaragua, providing robust body and rich caramel quality that pairs perfect with milk. The 2nd component is a natural processed coffee which adds complexity and dried fruit-like sweetness. You can also use this coffee for your everday drip or whatever method of brew you prefer!
Tips for dialing in your espresso:
At our mobile coffee shop, we dose 15.5-16.5 grams of dry grounds to extract a 30 gram espresso shot. We aim for a 24-30 second extraction time. This results in a beautifully sweet and balanced shot that pairs perfect with milk. All equipment is different so your extraction procedure might be different!
