The base for this blend is a washed processed coffee from Nicaragua, providing robust body and rich caramel quality that pairs perfect with milk. The 2nd component is a natural processed coffee which adds complexity and dried fruit-like sweetness. You can also use this coffee for your everday drip or whatever method of brew you prefer!
Tips for dialing in your espresso:
At our shop, we dose 20-21.5g of dry grounds to extract a 40-42 gram shot. We aim for a 24-30 second extraction time. This results in a beautifully sweet and balanced espresso that pairs perfect with milk.
