Several small farms in Jinotega region each produce small amounts of dry process insufficient to comprise an export lot. Together their coffees produce an exquisite coffee that has a dry aroma of fruity pebbles and incredible notes of sweet fruits. This coffee makes an incredible addition to any espresso blend and as stand-alone drip or iced coffee.
