Sourced from the Kintamani Highlands in Bali, our Bali Blue Moon is a true representation of the region's unique flavor profile. The name "Blue Moon" refers to the blueish hue of the raw beans, a distinct characteristic created by the wet-hulling process, a method commonly used in Indonesian coffee production.

Unlike the washed process, where the mucilage is removed through fermentation, or the dry process where the cherry dries around the bean, wet-hulling removes the outer fruit and mucilage while the beans are still wet. This processing method gives the coffee its signature heavy, full-bodied texture and earthy flavors.

Our Bali Blue Moon delivers a rich, thick mouthfeel with prominent earthy, herbal, and toasted vanilla notes. The vanilla undertones evoke the warmth of a fine whiskey, adding a subtle, comforting sweetness. When brewed as espresso, the coffee opens with a muted citrus brightness before transitioning into deep, earthy flavors that linger through the finish.

Ideal for those who prefer a coffee with less acidity and a more robust, full-bodied experience, that showcases the best of Bali’s coffee heritage.
